The cake can be made with coconut, chocolate or Madeira butter cake and can be filled with layered with a delicious pure vanilla or chocolate butter cream icing. The finishing of each cake is different based on the occasion and your preferences. Some are finished with fondant and/or buttercream icing and edible sugar or chocolate flowers.
Prices for these custom-made cakes are based on size and complexity of decorations.

3. Miniature Keepsake Cakes

These beautiful little cakes are about 6" (15cm) tall including decorations. These cakes make a beautiful gift in place of flowers. Under the coloured fondant covering and sugar flowers is a single serving of your choice of coconut, chocolate or buttery Madeira cake with vanilla butter cream icing. After eating the cake, the pretty covering becomes a keepsake. Each cake is packaged in a clear acetate box, tied with a colour coordinated ribbon.
The cakes can be customized with the recipient's month of birth or favourite flowers.
